Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and 123 Konsulent (NIF ESY6488390N), Calle Pintor Sobejano 70B, 30710 Los Alcázares, Spain, trading as Bazaang. By creating an account you accept them.

What Bazaang does

Bazaang helps you plan promotions, keeps track of which groups allow posting on which days, gives each promo a tracked link, and counts the clicks so you can see which groups send traffic to your website.

What Bazaang does not do

Bazaang does not post anything for you. It does not connect to your Facebook account, log in on your behalf, or automate posting to groups. You copy the text and the link, and you post them yourself.

This is deliberate. Facebook withdrew the ability for third-party tools to post into groups in 2024, and any service still claiming to do it is driving your personal account in a way that can get it restricted or removed. We will not do that to your account.

Your responsibilities

• Follow each group’s rules. Bazaang records the posting rules you enter, but it cannot verify them and is not responsible if a group removes your post or your membership.
• Follow the platforms’ own terms. Your relationship with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or anywhere else is between you and them.
• Own what you upload. You must hold the rights to the pictures and text you put into Bazaang.
• Do not misrepresent yourself. Presenting yourself as an ordinary customer rather than the business is a banned commercial practice in the EU. Bazaang is for promoting your business openly.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What you may not use it for

• Sending traffic to unlawful, deceptive or harmful material
• Spam, or promoting anything you have no right to promote
• Inflating click counts artificially, whether your own or anyone else’s
• Reselling access, or attempting to break, probe or overload the service

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and where the breach is clear we may do so without notice.

Plans and payment

Plans are monthly, in euros, charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices include VAT — the price shown is the total you pay, and any VAT due is contained within it rather than added at checkout. Your invoice shows the VAT element separately. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Your plan sets how many groups and businesses you can have. Reaching a limit prevents you adding more; it never deletes anything you already have.

If we change prices we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial. When it ends you keep access to everything already in your account and can still see all your figures, but you cannot add new groups until you choose a plan. No card is required to start, and the trial does not convert into a paid plan by itself.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Plan page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. See our refund policy for how refunds are handled.

Your data and content

What you put into Bazaang remains yours. We claim no ownership of your pictures, text, group lists or results. We store and process them to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.

Availability

We work to keep Bazaang running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee on these plans.

About the numbers

Click counts come from Bazaang’s own redirect and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them, with automated crawlers filtered out. They are a measurement tool, not a guarantee of results, and we do not promise any level of traffic, bookings or sales. Sales figures shown in Bazaang are the ones you enter yourself.

Liability

Bazaang is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or losses arising from a platform removing your post, your account or your access.

Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Bazaang and delete your account whenever you like. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, or on 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Bazaang after that means you accept the new terms.
